Step by Step
The primary purpose of Step by Step is to disseminate timely information on major issues related to children's well-being, with special emphasis on providing objective analysis and evaluation. This newsletter is published quarterly.
The Step by Step Newsletter is a publication of University of Missouri Outreach and Extension, Youth Data Base Project originally funded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation in 1990. Step by Step is currently a joint publication of the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, the Missouri Department of Health, the Missouri Department of Social Services, and University Extension.
