Human Services Needs Assessment sponsored by the Boone County Commission, City of
Columbia, Chamber of Commerce Boone County Health Report Card Project, United Way,
Community Partnership and Minority Health Alliance provides direction for the focus of
community health intervention efforts. Preliminary findings are available at http://www.oseda.missouri.edu/special/booneco.
Based on the findings, the current Chamber of Commerce Health Report Card Team Chairs voted to include the following issues in 2000 Boone County Health Report Card: |
