Yes, I have gone around the bend!!

Terrapin

It's turtle rescue season again!! I try to remind everyone to keep a watchful eye for very slow-moving traffic. Give a turtle a lift across a busy street, won't you? Help it find a safer new home, if you are able. And at the very least, please be watchful and avoid hitting them if you possibly can, okay? There are fewer and fewer of these marvelous beasties every year

Are you wondering what on earth happened to my sort of accidental purchase of an online business? Stampeaz, LLC is growing modestly as a small supplier of PZ Kut soft blocks and most recently other supplies for carving and printmaking. It has been fun to meet some other carvers and letterboxers through exchanges with my customers and it's always a treat to see a name I recognize from my own letterboxing adventures or from art exchanges.

My work at OSEDA continues, as I design and program new applications for our various projects. Frankly, I've been swamped with really interesting and worthwhile projects -- and our office has been collaborating with some of the nicest people from all over Missouri, doing things that I'm proud to be able to help make possible.

Carving fun and whimsy continue at the Carvonia Myrth Museium. We've been playing with virtual letterboxing and having a grand time visiting all our friends throughout CyberSpace. You guessed it, I'm Webfoot, Wizard of Internet Intelligence and Curator of the Myrth Museium!

Inkytoes is still in embryonic form (or should I say that it isn't completely hatched yet?). Remember that drawing class I took last semester? Well, I haven't done a whole lot of drawing. Stampeaz and work have been keeping me pretty busy! I have done a few carvings, though, and I still love the process. I have also recarved the original Bat Cave letterbox stamp, so I'll be able to replace that box this summer. Of course, I'm also trying to find time to play fiddle and guitar, as well as sing with Heather and Gorse! I know -- I'm not trying to do that much, am I? ;-)

Portfolio A little bit of a glimpse into the kind of work I do for OSEDA as well as some web work I have done for a few worthy not-for-profit organizations. There are also links to some earlier work in wood, clay and some current work on paper.
Zambian Adventures Photographic Journal A virtual journal of my trip to Zambia with photographs and some thoughts about my experiences there. This area of the site is not yet finished, there's the entire trip to Victoria Falls yet to be chronicled! Maybe lifting this area of the site up a little bit will spur me on to get it finished - do you think??
